Delivery of goods

How you can check the delivery cost for the entire order? Put all the selected items in the shopping cart, and then select the delivery and payment method - you will see exactly calculated transport costs for the selected products.

The delivery cost depends on:

• item dimensions;
• weight;
• quantity of the ordered product;
• delivery method;
• payment method.

The delivery cost does not include bringing of the product into the customer's home. Courier company's responsibility is limited by unloading the delivered parcel without bringing it into the building.

Delivery time is 5-7 business days depending on the delivery location. In some cases, this time may be 8-10 business days depending on the delivery location.

Delivery and customer responsibilities:

• Please check the parcel with the courier!
• The courier must fill up the report of damage of the parcel, this is necessary to initiate the complaint procedure!

Payment method

The following payment methods are available:

1. Bank transfer
   You can make Bank online transfer or post transfer. Information about the Bank account will be appear immediately after the order placing. You will receive an email with payment confirming when the money is credited to our Bank account.
2. Online transfer using Dotpay
3. PayPal transfer
   Payment via a payment terminal by Bank card at our warehouse.
4. Cash payment
   Is possible only by courier delivery. (fee will be charged according to the courier company's rates).
